Before You Start
The Ontario Veteran Community Archive will collect the stories and artifacts from a wide range of veterans and their family members. Conflicts represented in the archive will include the First and Second World Wars, the Korean War, Peacekeeping Operations, the Cold War and current Canadian Forces missions.
Veterans and their family members can digitize photos and artifacts by scanning items or by taking a digital photograph.
Record video or audio clips of a veteran telling their story of service. Many digital cameras now have video recording functions, and, laptop and desktop computers often come equipped with cameras capable of recording audio and video.
N.B.: Each submission has room for 1000 words and 5 photos in addition to any audio and video.
